NEXTpedition® · executive team session
The future-of-work session for executive teams.
In two hours we look at how your team works, makes decisions and collaborates, and what that means when the work around you changes.
Executive teams talk a lot about how work is changing. Rarely about how they themselves work.
AI, changing employee expectations and a tight labour market are changing how work gets done. NEXTpedition® turns the conversation around and starts with the executive team itself.
Three stages, two hours in total.
Mirror
We map how the team currently makes decisions, works together and handles change. Often everyone turns out to see this a little differently.
Fracture
We set that way of working against a number of future scenarios and look at where it starts to strain.
Anchor
The team agrees what it wants to keep, what needs to change and what the first steps are.
When is this right for your team?
- 1
AI and changing employee expectations are on the agenda, but the conversation is about the organisation.
- 2

- 3
Everyone on the team sees the way of working a little differently.
(04) What you take away
Agreements the team chose itself.

- First steps the team chose itself

Right for some, not for others.

How many people can take part?
Up to 8 participants. The session works best with the whole team at the table.

What does NEXTpedition® cost?
The price is on request. Send an email and you will receive a proposal.
Can it be part of a larger programme?
Yes. NEXTpedition® stands on its own, but it is also a good start to a larger programme, for example in digital strategy and portfolio management.
(07) Who facilitates
Robin Kroonenberg facilitates the session. He was Chief Digital Officer of Siemens Netherlands, led the digitalisation of urban management at the City of Amsterdam and is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
