Working sessions with LEGO® Serious Play®.
Nibor NEXT facilitates working sessions in which a team arrives at a shared picture and clear agreements: with LEGO® Serious Play®, as a roadmap session or on data and information management.
(01)
When a working session helps
- A
which initiatives go ahead and which do not
- B
who owns which data and systems
- C
how teams work together with a new system or a new way of working
- D
what the next step is in a department's information management
(02)
Which sessions
- LEGO® Serious Play®. Participants literally build their answer with bricks. That often makes the conversation more open than a normal meeting. Sessions are led by a certified facilitator.
- Roadmap sessions. A team decides together what the next steps are, who drives them and when they must be done.
- Working sessions on data and information management. Teams decide where they stand, what the next step is and which agreements they want to make.
(03)
Legend
- LEGO® Serious Play®
- A method in which participants build their answers with LEGO® bricks and then talk about them. Everyone builds and everyone speaks, including the people who are slower to speak up in a meeting.

How a session works
Preparation
We talk with the client about the question, the participants and what the session must deliver.
The session
We guide the conversation. The team does the work; we look after the format and the time.
Recording
The outcomes are recorded as agreements the team can follow itself.
(05)
Always business-led
A working session starts with the question from the organisation. We choose the format after that: sometimes with LEGO® bricks, sometimes with a large sheet of paper.
(06)
NEXTpedition®
For executive and management teams: NEXTpedition®, a two-hour session on the future of work.
