Privacy statement

This statement describes how Nibor NEXT handles your personal data. Last updated on 30 September 2026.

Who is responsible

Nibor NEXT B.V., based in Amstelveen, Chamber of Commerce number 99898357, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. You can email questions about privacy to robin@nibor-next.com.

Which data we process

This website has no contact form and no account. We only process data that you give us yourself, for example when you email us or send a message via LinkedIn: your name, email address, organisation, job title and what you write in your message. If you become a client, we also process the data needed for quotations, assignments and invoices.

What we use it for

To answer your question, to arrange an introduction or proposal, to carry out an assignment and invoice it, and to comply with legal obligations such as the tax retention requirement. The basis is your request for contact, the performance of an agreement or a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the contact, and at most two years after the last contact if no assignment results. Data in the financial administration is kept for seven years, because the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do use services from others, such as Microsoft for email, an accounting package for the administration and Netlify for hosting this website. Agreements on the security of your data apply with those parties.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not place marketing or tracking cookies itself. The hosting provider temporarily keeps technical data for security and disruptions, such as IP addresses in log files.

Your rights

You have the right to inspect your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have processing restricted, to object and to have your data transferred. Send an email to robin@nibor-next.com for this. We respond within four weeks.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use, such as encrypted connections, two-step verification and limited access.

Changes

We may amend this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
